FTD milk glass vases were created by many American glass companies. These are most likely to be Indiana glass due to their texture. This pair features a leaf motif and is Made in the USA

FTD stands for Florists' Transworld Delivery — a floral wire service founded in 1910 (originally as Florists' Telegraph Delivery, renamed in 1965 when it went international).
FTD wasn't itself a glass manufacturer. It was a florist network that commissioned vases and planters from various glass companies.
