Overview

This website is operated by Two-Bob Vintage. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our products

Everything we sell is pre-loved and vintage. Each item is unique and sold in the condition described. Age-related wear, fading, small marks, repairs, and alterations are part of the character of vintage clothing and are not considered faults. We photograph and describe each item as accurately as we can, though colours may appear differently on your screen. Measurements are taken by hand and are approximate. Sizing on vintage garments rarely matches modern sizing, so please go by the measurements listed.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing or description errors, and limit quantities. Because our stock is one-of-a-kind, an item may sell before your order is completed. If that happens, we'll cancel and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you're authorised to use the payment method provided and that the details you give us are accurate and complete.

Shipping and risk

We dispatch orders as quickly as we can. Delivery timeframes given by carriers are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for carrier delays. For damage that occurs in transit, see our Returns Policy.

Returns

All sales are final except for items damaged in transit, which require photographic evidence. Full details are in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text, and design on this site belong to Two-Bob Vintage and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Your conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape, copy, or resell our content.

Third-party links and services

Our store runs on Shopify and uses third-party payment and shipping providers. We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we link to.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
